ALF's new exercise and diet programs to get himself in better shape has surprising results but also comes with problems for the Tanners in "Muscle Bound for Glory." Then ALF shows the action figure for Melmacho Man, the most merchandised hero on Melmac. But the action figure is definitely built for action in "Go Figure." And in "Imagine That," ALF's imaginary friend drives the Tanners crazy.
