Since he arrived 10 years ago, the United States haven't quite lived up to Zaroff's expectations. A handful of criminals, the odd vagabond... the pickings are pretty slim, especially for the greatest manhunter in the world. But Uncle Sam soon leads him to more promising lands: his native Russia, which has been invaded by Nazis.
